Ossian de la Réveillère-Lépaux se compose une propriété selon ses goûts italianisants et sa passion botaniste, sur le domaine d'un ancien prieuré dont il conserve la chapelle romane transformée en dépendance agricole. Il y accole une serre à deux niveaux. La demeure principale et la ferme du domaine sont édifiées en 1855 par l'architecte Edouard Moll, assisté de Gustave Tendron.

History
Ossian de la Réveillère-Lépaux composed a property according to his Italianate tastes and his botanical passion, on the estate of a former priory of which he retained the Romanesque chapel transformed into an agricultural outbuilding. He added to it a two-storey greenhouse. The main dwelling and the farm of the estate were erected in 1855 by the architect Edouard Moll, assisted by Gustave Tendron.
