Description
La halle est bâtie sur un espace occupé par un marché dès le début du XVIème siècle. Elle-même aurait été élevée en 1616, apparemment en ayant recours à d'anciennes poutres du château du Mas-d'Agenais. Les pieds de ses piliers auraient été empierrés en 1835. Installée au cœur du bourg, la halle est portée par une triple rangée de sept piliers de bois et est coiffée par une toiture en tuiles plates et canal surmontée par une girouette figurant un lion.

Description
The market hall is built on a space occupied by a market from at least the beginning of the 16th century. It itself would have been erected in 1616, apparently by making use of old beams from the château of Mas-d'Agenais. The feet of its pillars would have been stoned in 1835. Installed at the heart of the town, the hall is supported by a triple row of seven wooden pillars and is topped by a roof of flat and channel tiles surmounted by a weathervane representing a lion.
