Il ajoute une galerie, décore les façades avec des assiettes de sa collection et fait appel à des céramistes connus (Deck, Lodereau..)afin de créer des panneaux et des carreaux de céramique présentant différents thèmes. Ces éléments de décoration sont disposés de façon géométrique sur l'ensemble des façades. Il réalise également des collages de journaux satiriques et anticléricaux accompagnés de maximes dans la cage d'escalier.

History
In the 19th century, the property owner, Léon de Brondeau, transforms the dwelling house.
