Cet édifice roman de la fin du 11e siècle, à nef unique, fut agrandi au 12e siècle. La nef à clocher-mur est plus tardive, du 13e siècle, au plus tôt. D'autres remaniements seront réalisés ultérieurement (17e siècle) portant, entre autres, sur la porte ouest, le sommet du clocher et les baies. L'intérieur se distingue par la présence d'une colonnade tapissant l'abside et des décors peints, d'époques diverses, couvrant les murs ainsi que la voûte de la chapelle nord.

History
This Romanesque building dating from the late 11th century, with a single nave, was enlarged in the 12th century. The nave with a bell-gable is later, from the 13th century at the earliest. Other alterations were carried out subsequently (17th century) affecting, among other things, the west door, the top of the bell tower and the openings. The interior is distinguished by the presence of a colonnade lining the apse and painted decoration, from various periods, covering the walls as well as the vault of the north chapel.
