Maison forte du 13e siècle, remaniée au 17e siècle, composée d'un corps de logis et d'une tour rectangulaire. Les défenses consistent en un fossé, le couronnement crénelé du logis et la tour qui protégeait l'entrée. La tour était en mauvais état à la Révolution, et la toiture du logis s'est effondrée au début du 20e siècle. C'est un témoin intéressant des maisons fortes gasconnes du Moyen Age, situé alors aux confins des possessions anglaises et françaises.

History
Strong house of the 13th century, remodelled in the 17th century, composed of a main dwelling and a rectangular tower. The defences consist of a moat, the crenellated crowning of the dwelling and the tower which protected the entrance. The tower was in poor condition at the Revolution, and the roof of the dwelling collapsed in the early 20th century. It is an interesting example of Gascon strong houses of the Middle Ages, situated at the time on the borders of English and French possessions.
