Historique
Il porte les armes sculptées de la famille Bessard du Parc, seigneur de la Pâquelais au 16e siècle, et la date 1545, qui est celle de sa construction. Dans son premier état, le moulin était un "petit-pied", pourvu d'un seul étage débordant sur encorbellement, porté par un pied plus étroit. Deux étages furent ajoutés en 1911 à l'étage primitif et des ailes Berton, installées, ainsi qu'une deuxième paire de meules (2e étage). History
It bears the sculptured arms of the Bessard du Parc family, lord of la Pâquelais in the 16th century, and the date 1545, which is that of its construction. In its original state, the mill was a "petit-pied", furnished with a single storey overhanging on corbels, supported by a narrower base. Two storeys were added in 1911 to the original storey and Berton wings were installed, as well as a second pair of millstones (2nd storey). This transformation, giving a disproportionate dimension to the upper part of the building, observed on other mills in the region, led to them being nicknamed "grosse-tête". In 1982, a lean-to which was against the foot of the mill was demolished and the refurbishment of the roof, in chestnut shingles, was undertaken. During the years 1986 and 1987, the floorings and door frames were remade completely new, then in 1991, all the carpentry was renovated as well as the sail-work in boards.
