Construit en 1904, cet immeuble d'angle développe, autour d'une cour intérieure, une façade principale présentant trois étages carrés sur rez-de-chaussée élevé sur caves. La travée central du deuxième et troisième étages est un bow-window en métal qui comporte une ferronnerie de style Art Nouveau. Les portes-fenêtres présentent un garde-corps de ferronnerie, de même style que le bow-window. Chaque étage dessert deux portes palières ouvrant chacune sur deux immeubles distincts. Hormis celui du troisième étage, les appartements ont été réaménagés, perdant leurs volumes initiaux.

History
Built in 1904, this corner building develops, around an interior courtyard, a main façade presenting three square storeys above a raised ground floor with cellars. The central bay of the second and third storeys is a metal bow-window which features Art Nouveau ironwork. The French doors present iron railings, in the same style as the bow-window. Each storey serves two landing doors each opening onto two separate buildings. Apart from that of the third storey, the apartments have been reorganised, losing their original volumes.
