History
Apartment building constructed in 1905 by the architect Paul Noulin-Lespès for a wealthy merchant, judge at the commercial tribunal, Monsieur Preynat. Designed at the time of the opening of avenue Faure, it symbolises the Haussmann-type growth of the town. On a reinforced concrete framework, the moulded concrete décor unfolds on the main façade and the corners in an exuberant Art Nouveau style.
