L'hôtel conserve plusieurs vestiges de la seconde enceinte de la ville, édifiée dans les années 1450. La construction du premier corps de logis date du XVIe siècle. Ce premier bâtiment est complété, dans le courant du XVIe siècle, par un second corps de logis prolongé par une galerie. L'hôtel est repris au milieu du XVIIIe siècle, et agrandi par une nouvelle construction adossée au côté sud. La première mention de l'hôtel sous l'appellation Bourrouihlan date de 1779.
Description
L'hôtel comporte plusieurs corps de bâtiments organisés autour d'un jardin. Le corps de logis le plus ancien est de plan rectangulaire, flanqué d'une tour d'escalier hors d'oeuvre au centre de l'élévation latérale desservant l'étage et les combles. Le second corps du logis est attenant au précédent du côté nord, accolé à la tour d'escalier. Au sud est adossée une extension de plan rectangulaire d'un étage. A l'arrière de l'hôtel se tient une galerie de bois soutenue par trois piliers circulaires en brique

History
The hotel preserves several remains of the second fortifications of the town, built in the 1450s. The construction of the first main dwelling dates from the 16th century. This first building was completed in the course of the 16th century by a second main dwelling extended by a gallery. The hotel was remodelled in the middle of the 18th century and enlarged by a new construction built against the south side. The first mention of the hotel under the name Bourrouihlan dates from 1779.
Description
The hotel comprises several buildings organised around a garden. The oldest main dwelling is of rectangular plan, flanked by a stair tower projecting from the centre of the lateral elevation serving the storey and roof space. The second main dwelling is adjoining the previous one on the north side, attached to the stair tower. To the south a rectangular extension of one storey is built against it. At the rear of the hotel stands a timber gallery supported by three circular brick pillars.
