Edifice tardif du 14e siècle ou du début du 15e siècle. L'église Saint-André de Bouau construite en brique, présente la caractéristique d'un volume unique constitué d'une assez large nef de deux travées située dans le prolongement exact d'un chevet qui se réduit à une abside à trois pans. Sa silhouette extérieure est agrémentée par un élégant clocher à sept pans. Au 16e siècle une importante campagne de travaux l'agrémenta de voûtes à liernes et tiercerons, de fenêtres à remplages, d'un portail flamboyant. Restaurée au 19e siècle on accompagna son entrée de deux petits bâtiments en pans de bois et torchis qui encadrent le portail du cimetière.

History
Late 14th century or early 15th century edifice. The church of Saint-André de Bouau built in brick, presents the characteristic of a single volume consisting of a fairly large nave of two bays located in the exact continuation of a chevet that reduces to an apse with three facets. Its external silhouette is adorned by an elegant seven-sided bell tower. In the 16th century an important campaign of works embellished it with lierne and tierceron vaults, mullioned windows, a flamboyant doorway. Restored in the 19th century, its entrance was accompanied by two small buildings in timber framing and daub which frame the cemetery doorway.
