Edifice reconstruit à partir de la première moitié du 17e siècle et aménagé au 18e siècle, après abandon du site castral ancien. Du château primitif ne restent plus qu'une motte et des vestiges de terrassements. Il se compose d'un corps de logis encadré de deux pavillons et précédé par deux ailes basses de communs délimitant une cour. Les intérieurs ont conservé de rares éléments, notamment un grand salon avec lambris de hauteur.

History
Building reconstructed from the first half of the 17th century and fitted out in the 18th century, following abandonment of the old castle site. Of the primitive castle only a motte and remains of earthworks survive. It comprises a main dwelling flanked by two pavilions and preceded by two low wings of outbuildings delimiting a courtyard. The interiors have retained rare elements, notably a large drawing room with full-height wainscoting.
