Le fief de Sirod passe au 15e siècle à la famille de Montrichard, à qui on attribue la construction du château dans la seconde moitié du 16e siècle. History
The fief of Sirod passed in the 15th century to the family of Montrichard, to whom is attributed the construction of the castle in the second half of the 16th century. It is a building of quadrangular plan flanked by towers. The interior retains ceilings in the French manner and a room decorated at the end of the 18th century.
