Les bâtiments de la ferme "sud" figurés sur le cadastre de 1825 ont été remplacés au milieu du 19e siècle par une grange en pisé. Les deux bâtiments qui composent la ferme nord datent pour l'essentiel du 17e siècle. Bâtiments de plan à peu près carré, constitués d'une maçonnerie périphérique en galets supportant un étage en pan de bois garni de torchis. La maison d'habitation date de 1626 et la grange de 1643. Vers 1739, l'appentis ouest a été transformé en second logis, avec plafond à la française. Après 1825, le second appentis a été supprimé. History
The buildings of the "south" farm shown on the 1825 cadastral survey were replaced in the mid-19th century by a rammed-earth barn. The two buildings that make up the north farm date essentially to the 17th century. Buildings of roughly square plan, consisting of peripheral masonry in pebbles supporting a storey in timber framing filled with wattle and daub. The dwelling house dates from 1626 and the barn from 1643. Around 1739, the west lean-to was converted into a second dwelling, with a French ceiling. After 1825, the second lean-to was removed. The buildings of the hamlet are representative of the evolution of rural construction in Chambaran from the late early modern period to the beginning of the contemporary era. The rarity of timber-framed buildings and the characteristics of the north farm are representative of rural timber-framed construction of the 17th century in this sector of the Dauphiné.
