Centre protestant durant les guerres de la Ligue, le manoir médiéval est transformé en une longue bâtisse très sobre où le pan de bois et la terre sont largement utilisés. Un ensemble de communs datant des 17ème et 19ème siècles ainsi quune chapelle dépoque Louis XIV complètent ce programme architectural. Cet édifice illustre ladaptation dun domaine noble aux évolutions de son temps et aux nouvelles manières de sapproprier lespace et lhabitat.

History
The château is composed of a set of buildings constructed between the middle of the 17th century and the very end of the 19th century. Protestant centre during the Wars of the League, the medieval manor is transformed into a long very sober building where timber framing and earth are widely used. A set of outbuildings dating from the 17th and 19th centuries as well as a chapel of the Louis XIV period complete this architectural programme.
