La chapelle abrite un ensemble de peintures sur bois illustrant des psaumes du Cantique des Cantiques.

History
This castle is a representative example of the pleasure residences built in the 17th century by Breton parliamentarians in the environs of Rennes. The estate comprises essentially four buildings, three of which are surrounded by a landscape park: an old hunting pavilion of the years 1595-1605, a dwelling of the years 1630-1640 remodelled in the 18th and 19th centuries, a chapel completed in 1677 and an agricultural holding with the old farmhouse dating from 1670. The chapel houses a set of paintings on wood illustrating psalms from the Song of Songs.
