Construite par l'architecte Jules de Miramont pour le compte de Daniel Iffla-Osiris qui participa, aux côtés des frères Pereire, à la création de la ville d'Hiver. Il achète un terrain en 1882 et y fait construire sa maison à partir de juillet 1895 par l'entrepreneur Pierre Blavy. En 1897, la maison est léguée à l'Institut de France puis à l'Institut Pasteur.

History
Built by architect Jules de Miramont for Daniel Iffla-Osiris who participated, alongside the Pereire brothers, in the creation of the ville d'Hiver. He purchases land in 1882 and has his house built starting from July 1895 by contractor Pierre Blavy. In 1897, the house is bequeathed to the Institut de France then to the Institut Pasteur.
