In operation since 1860, the factory was modernized and enlarged around 1920 by M. Coulouby (distillery, boiler, storage buildings, cooperage and pottery). Purchased by René Poudens in 1940, it undergoes new improvements (destruction of the cooperage and pottery). Closure of the factory in 1966.
