History
One of the most interesting bridges of the rigole, the only one along with the Riat bridge to be close to its original state, and representative of 17th-century bridges. Very little used, it is also the one which has undergone the least modifications. A water trough is attached to the downstream side of the right-bank abutment altered at a recent period. All the details of the construction of this bridge (size of the stones, retreat of the spring lines of the vault on the legs of the abutments) incline it to be dated to the period of the construction of the Canal.
