Domaine bâti vers 1817-1818 pour un négociant breton ayant fait fortune à Cadix. La maison de maître, sans doute réalisée par l'architecte Charles Durand, s'inspire de la villa Bonaparte, à Rome. Elle est entourée par un parc comprenant bassins, terrasses, clôture et dépendances. La partie viticole est séparée du reste. L'intérieur de la maison a conservé un salon orné de papiers peints à drapés et de cheminées en marbre avec trumeaux de plâtre moulé caractéristiques de la Restauration.

History
Estate built around 1817-1818 for a Breton merchant who made his fortune in Cadiz. The main dwelling, doubtless designed by the architect Charles Durand, draws inspiration from the Villa Bonaparte in Rome. It is surrounded by a park comprising basins, terraces, enclosure and outbuildings. The wine-producing area is separated from the rest. The interior of the house has retained a drawing room decorated with draped wallpapers and marble fireplaces with moulded plaster overmantels characteristic of the Restoration.
