Historique
Abbaye fondée vers 680, ravagée pendant la guerre de Cent ans et restaurée entre 1473 et 1501. Vers 1630, construction d'un grand logis en brique et pierre, et aménagement de jardins à la française. Mise en commende, l'abbaye est supprimée en 1751 et la majorité des bâtiments détruits. En 1791, elle est vendue comme bien national. Des anciens bâtiments subsistent le grand logis, quelques bâtiments (grange, cellier...) , ainsi que des vestiges de l'église abbatiale. L'ancien enclos avec son mur en partie médiéval et ses deux tours ouest a été conservé, ainsi que le parc à l'anglaise réalisé au 19e siècle, lequel intègre un important réseau hydraulique.

History
Abbey founded around 680, ravaged during the Hundred Years War and restored between 1473 and 1501. Around 1630, construction of a large main dwelling in brick and stone, and laying out of French formal gardens. Placed in commend, the abbey is suppressed in 1751 and the majority of the buildings destroyed. In 1791, it is sold as national property. Of the old buildings, the large main dwelling remains, along with some buildings (barn, cellar...), as well as vestiges of the abbey church. The old enclosure with its wall partly medieval and its two west towers has been preserved, as well as the English-style park laid out in the 19th century, which incorporates an important hydraulic system.
