History
This building, constructed in 1900, is the work of contractor Jean Giletti. It consists of a basement, a ground floor and two storeys. The façade on rue Pasteur and the cut corner present balconies with ironwork railings, as does the external staircase in the courtyard which leads to the internal staircase. The latter is distinguished by its painted decoration. Thus, large fringed curtains, painted in trompe l'oeil on the sides of the stairwell, are lifted by cords to reveal picturesque landscapes or vegetation.
