Villa construite au début du 20e siècle, également connue sous le nom de " château Bugeau ". Réalisée par l'architecte Cotton, la construction est achevée en 1903. History
Villa built at the beginning of the 20th century, also known as "château Bugeau". Realised by the architect Cotton, the construction is completed in 1903. The building is composed of two rectangular blocks adjoined, to which are set back two towers: a square tower on the seafront elevation serving as a belvedere and housing the entrance porch; a round tower in corbelling at the rear serving as a staircase cage.
