Historique
Construite dans les années 50 par l'architecte Salier, la villa présente un plan original en arc de cercle accompagné d'une combinaison de courbes, de retraits et d'avancées donnant une impression de dynamisme et de légèreté de l'ensemble. Construction en béton armé (superstructures) et en brique (tour arrière d'escalier, cloisons) , couverte d'un toit-terrasse goudronné et gravillonné. La façade arrière est sans balcon et chaque niveau est encadré par un large bandeau en béton. Au centre règne une tour carrée en saillie, percée de séries régulières de trous circulaires en guise de baies. Au deuxième étage, la partie gauche était à l'origine une terrasse sans garde-corps sur laquelle a été construite vers 1970-1975 une extension de hauteur un peu plus grande que la partie droite.

History
Built in the 1950s by architect Salier, the villa presents an original arc-shaped plan accompanied by a combination of curves, recesses and projections giving an impression of dynamism and lightness to the whole. Construction in reinforced concrete (superstructures) and brick (rear stairwell tower, partitions), covered with a tar and gravel roof terrace. The rear façade is without balcony and each level is framed by a wide concrete band. In the centre rises a projecting square tower, pierced by regular series of circular openings serving as windows. On the second floor, the left part was originally a terrace without balustrade on which an extension was built around 1970-1975, slightly taller than the right part.
