Historique
Le château remonte pour l'essentiel à la fin du Moyen-Age. L'ensemble s'organise en trois ailes de plan en U : l'aile ouest, constituée du châtelet d'entrée attenant à un bâtiment de commun et le logis en retrait, deux ailes nord et sud de communs de part et d'autre d'une cour ouverte. L'aile sud des communs est cantonnée, à chaque extrémité, d'une tour de section carrée. Le châtelet communique avec le logis par un pont volant qui relie les premiers étages. Le châtelet évoque le 15e siècle mais pourrait être plus tardif. La porte d'accès à l'escalier du logis est de style Renaissance, voire début 17e siècle. Les communs évoquent le 17e siècle. Une seule date est visible : 1654, sur une poutre des communs.

History
The castle dates essentially to the late Middle Ages. The ensemble is organized in three wings of U-shaped plan: the west wing, consisting of the gatehouse attached to a building of outbuildings and the main dwelling set back, two north and south wings of outbuildings on either side of an open courtyard. The south wing of outbuildings is flanked, at each end, by a tower of square section. The gatehouse communicates with the main dwelling by a drawbridge which connects the first floors. The gatehouse evokes the 15th century but could be later. The door providing access to the staircase of the main dwelling is in Renaissance style, or even early 17th century. The outbuildings evoke the 17th century. Only one date is visible: 1654, on a beam of the outbuildings.
