History
The church depended on the abbey of Charroux and the former diocese of Poitiers. The nave is divided into three bays. The walls have arcatures whose pointed arches rest on pilasters to which are attached the round columns which support the doubleaux arches. The capitals represent animals and pine cones. The apse is covered by an oven vault. On the south side, the portal has three voussures in pointed arch and small columns. Vestiges of crenellations. Modern bell tower on the transept.
