History
Manor comprising a central body in timber framing flanked by two square defensive towers in ashlar stone containing rooms with fireplaces, loopholes and embrasures. Then, the central main dwelling body was enlarged at the rear, in ashlar stone, by a corridor which serves a spiral staircase with open flights to straight flights with balusters. Classic plan of the late 16th century with two rooms per level opening onto the exterior by two paired doors, with superimposed fireplaces in gables. The composition and innovations must have been inspired by the models disseminated by engraving.
