Maison bâtie entre 1906 et 1908 dans le style hispano-mauresque. Au rez-de-chaussée surélevé se trouve un patio rectangulaire, ceint de galeries à arcades surhaussées couvert par une verrière zénithale. Son décor s'inspire de celui de l'Alhambra de Grenade.

House built in the Russian quarter, facing the Orthodox cathedral, during the urbanisation of this quarter in the early 20th century. House built between 1906 and 1908 in the Hispano-Moorish style. On the raised ground floor is found a rectangular patio, enclosed by galleries with heightened arcades covered by a skylight. Its decoration is inspired by that of the Alhambra of Granada.
