History
In place of a medieval strong house of which a tower probably remains incorporated in the outbuildings, a pleasure house was built in the 18th century. Conceived symmetrically and almost in the image of the older outbuilding situated on the other side of the courtyard, it differs from it by its roof with broken roof space and the fineness of its exterior joinery. The interiors comprise a drawing room adorned with panoramic wallpaper, and a drawing room transformable into a chapel furnished with stucco decoration. The outbuildings were converted to residential use in the 18th century and have retained vestiges of rocaille decoration. Around 1860, the old formal garden was replaced by an English-style park.
