Manifestation tardive de style néo-médiéval, il constitue un des seuls monuments français construits en style néo-gothique anglais. Le portail monumental surmonté d'un gâble à fleuron et d'un clocher-mur aujourd'hui disparu. A l'intérieur, la structure et le décor sont directement inspirés de ce style caractérisé par l'exubérance et l'aspect touffu des nervures au sommet des piles qui forment des ramifications foisonnantes de liernes et tiercerons.

History
Rare example of an edifice built from the outset to be a Protestant temple. It was built by Samuel Henriquet in part thanks to donations from Anglican spa visitors. A late manifestation of neo-medieval style, it constitutes one of the only French monuments built in English neo-Gothic style. The monumental portal surmounted by a gable with fleuron and a wall bell tower now disappeared. Inside, the structure and decoration are directly inspired by this style characterised by the exuberance and tufted appearance of the ribs at the top of the piles which form abundant ramifications of liernes and tiercerons.
