Grosse demeure construite par André Dormeuil, propriétaire de la ferme de Montgarny, au sud-est de celle-ci pour en surveiller les travaux de reconstruction dans les années 1920. Il fait appel aux architectes André Raimbert et Jean Papet. La ferme de Montgarny est un édifice de style néo-régionaliste en faux pans de bois normands. La demeure de maître reconstruite au lieu-dit " Le Moulin " est construite dans un style analogue.

History
Large dwelling built by André Dormeuil, owner of the Montgarny farm, to the south-east of it to oversee its reconstruction work in the 1920s. He called upon architects André Raimbert and Jean Papet. The Montgarny farm is a building in neo-regionalist style with imitation Norman timber framing. The rebuilt master dwelling at the locality "Le Moulin" is constructed in a similar style.
