L'école Saint-Charles (du 19e siècle) regroupe en ses murs les vestiges de deux anciens édifices religieux de la ville. Du couvent des Cordeliers (en grande partie détruit pendant la Révolution) subsiste le clocher gothique (de 1469) de l'église et quelques arcades du cloître gothique. L'ancienne chapelle des Pénitents gris, consacrée en 1562 et aujourd'hui transformée en salle de classe, est ornée d'un décor peint de la seconde moitié du 17e siècle d'une grande originalité (versets du Notre-Père en correspondance avec les Sept Sacrements).

History
The school Saint-Charles (from the 19th century) brings together within its walls the remains of two former religious buildings of the town. From the convent of the Cordeliers (largely destroyed during the Revolution) there survives the Gothic bell tower (from 1469) of the church and several arcades of the Gothic cloister. The former chapel of the Penitents gris, consecrated in 1562 and today converted into a classroom, is decorated with painted decoration from the second half of the 17th century of great originality (verses of the Lord's Prayer in correspondence with the Seven Sacraments).
