Accumulant des effets baroques en façade et multipliant les références éclectiques à l'intérieur (gothique, Renaissance, Louis XIV et Louis XV) , l'ensemble est actuellement divisé en appartements ; il ne subsiste rien de son parc d'origine, récemment loti.

History
This large seaside villa was built from 1903 to 1908 by architect Ruthaembur of Caen, René-Jacques Baumier and his pupil Georges Pichereau, for a German jeweller, Ruthaembur. Accumulating baroque effects on the façade and multiplying eclectic references inside (Gothic, Renaissance, Louis XIV and Louis XV), the ensemble is currently divided into apartments; nothing remains of its original park, recently subdivided for building.
