Historique
Eglise romane, remaniée au 17e siècle. L'édifice comporte une nef et une abside semi-circulaire voûtée en cul-de-four. Des cippes funéraires gallo-romaines sont réemployées dans la chaîne d'angle sud-ouest. L'élévation sud est percée d'un portail dont le tympan est orné d'un chrisme en bas-relief. Intérieurement, la nef est lambrissée avec une voûte en arc polygonal, résultat d'une restauration du 19e siècle, travaux qui ont également touché le décor peint, afin d'uniformiser les anciennes peintures murales et le nouveau décor. Ces peintures ont été conservées sans repeint au cul-de-four avec la colombe de l'Esprit dans une nuée, et deux grands anges musiciens. Les murs latéraux de l'abside sont traités en trompe l'oeil à la façon d'un retable.

History
Romanesque church, reworked in the 17th century. The building comprises a nave and a semi-circular apse vaulted with a semi-dome. Gallo-Roman funerary cippes are reused in the south-west corner chain. The south elevation is pierced with a portal whose tympanum is decorated with a chi-rho in low relief. Internally, the nave is panelled with a polygonal arch vault, the result of a 19th-century restoration, works which also affected the painted decoration, in order to standardise the old wall paintings and the new decoration. These paintings have been preserved without repainting on the semi-dome with the dove of the Spirit in a cloud, and two large musical angels. The lateral walls of the apse are treated in trompe l'oeil in the manner of a retable.
