Maison, appelée parfois "Castel Eymonaud", construite de 1892 à 1897 par l'architecte Joseph-Charles de Montarnal pour Ernest Eymonaud, sculpteur sur bois et fabricant de meubles. Spécialisé dans les copies de meubles anciens, Eymonaud conçoit sa maison comme un lieu de présentation de ses créations, dans un style néo-gothique. Outre sa décoration, la maison se caractérise par une tour de deux étages, une curiosité dans ce quartier du 18e arrondissement. L'édifice est allongé vers l'ouest en 1900 et agrandi d'une aile en retour en 1910. Cette aile, réalisée en pans de bois, abritait les ateliers de l'entreprise d'Eymonaud, "A l'Art Ancien".

History
House, sometimes called "Castel Eymonaud", built from 1892 to 1897 by architect Joseph-Charles de Montarnal for Ernest Eymonaud, wood sculptor and furniture manufacturer. Specialising in copies of antique furniture, Eymonaud designed his house as a place to display his creations, in neo-Gothic style. Besides its decoration, the house is characterised by a tower of two storeys, a curiosity in this district of the 18th arrondissement. The building is extended towards the west in 1900 and enlarged by a return wing in 1910. This wing, executed in timber framing, housed the workshops of Eymonaud's business, "A l'Art Ancien".
