Eglise dépendant du monastère de la Chaise-Dieu. D'origine romane (deux travées de la nef) , abside et chapelles nord reconstruites au 15e siècle, collatéral sud ajouté au 17e ou 18e siècle. Restauration au 19e siècle et construction de quatre petits magasins de marché au-dessous de la sacristie (1855). Flèche du clocher élevée en 1864-1865.

History
Church depending on the monastery of la Chaise-Dieu. Of Romanesque origin (two bays of the nave), apse and north chapels rebuilt in the 15th century, south aisle added in the 17th or 18th century. Restoration in the 19th century and construction of four small market stores below the sacristy (1855). Bell tower spire raised in 1864-1865.
