Croix d'un type assez courant au 16e siècle, intéressante pour sa sculpture très fruste. Datée de 1555, elle porte le nom du Bouchet, famille notable de la région. History
Cross of a fairly common type in the 16th century, interesting for its very crude sculpture. Dated 1555, it bears the name of the Bouchet, a notable family of the region. It was undoubtedly moved during the Revolution. The shaft is of Forezian style, very slender, of round section, conical profile. At the base, a block with toric moulding already Renaissance. A very damaged saint, undoubtedly Saint-Pal, is at the top of the shaft. On the cross-arm, of round section also, a Christ with titulus and cruciferous nimbus between two small statuettes, undoubtedly Saint John and the Virgin. On the reverse, coronation of the Virgin and Child by a vertical angel. The ends of the arms are decorated with foliage in quadrangular relief.
