Premier château démoli en 1580, lors de la lutte contre les Catholiques. Reconstruit de 1741 à 1750 (maison de maître de forges) , jardin aménagé en 1739. Restauré en 1870-1875. La façade principale présente un soubassement important, deux niveaux de fenêtres et un comble à lucarnes. L'avant-corps central est surmonté d'un fronton. Deux avant-corps latéraux. L'intérieur présente des pièces en enfilade, aux plafonds à la française et décors de stuc ou de bois sculpté. Au premier étage, deux chambres conservent des papiers peints Empire.

History
First castle demolished in 1580, during the struggle against the Catholics. Rebuilt from 1741 to 1750 (foreman's house of an iron forge), garden laid out in 1739. Restored in 1870-1875. The main facade presents a substantial plinth, two levels of windows and a roof space with dormers. The central avant-corps is surmounted by a pediment. Two lateral avant-corps.
