La construction du premier bâtiment militaire commence en 1734 sous la direction de M. Lanchon, directeur des Ponts et Chaussées. En 1940, elles sont temporairement occupées par les élèves de l'école militaire d'Autun. Après la libération, quelques familles sinistrées y séjournent une dizaine d'années. Casernement de type Vauban, ce bâtiment est composé d'un seul corps à trois étages, les salles voûtées du rez-de-chaussée servant d'écuries. L'intérieur conserve très peu d'éléments d'origine.

History
Construction of the first military building begins in 1734 under the direction of M. Lanchon, director of Bridges and Highways. In 1940, they are temporarily occupied by students of the military school of Autun. After liberation, a few displaced families stay there for about ten years. Barracks of Vauban type, this building is composed of a single block with three storeys, the vaulted halls of the ground floor serving as stables. The interior preserves very few original elements.
