History

Small building formed of a choir with semi-circular chevet from the late 13th century and enlarged in 1640 by a wider rectangular nave, with a square turret at the south-east angle forming a staircase cage and bell tower. This enlargement was carried out by the confraternity of the Blue Penitents of Saint Jerome to install a meeting hall in the gallery. On the west façade of the 17th century was re-erected the door from the 13th century. Under the chapel is found an underground chapel walled up in 1741 on the orders of the bishop of Limoges on account of superstitious practices. The barrel vault is adorned with paintings of which only fragments remain.
