Au début du 17e siècle, le manoir appartenait à Pierre Houel de Valleville, grand-oncle de Pierre Corneille. Le logis, achevé en 1612 (date portée sur la façade) , est construit en brique et calcaire, avec tourelle d'escalier hors-oeuvre. A la fin du 17e siècle, on a accolé à l'est un bâtiment de plan en L. L'édifice a été utilisé comme prison à la Révolution, puis comme exploitation agricole au 19e siècle (extensions de chaque côté du logis). L'ensemble est inscrit dans un enclos de type clos-masure. Il a été acquis par la commune en 1989.

History
At the beginning of the 17th century, the manor belonged to Pierre Houel de Valleville, great-uncle of Pierre Corneille. The main dwelling, completed in 1612 (date inscribed on the façade), is constructed in brick and limestone, with an off-set stair turret. At the end of the 17th century, an L-shaped building was added to the east. The edifice was used as a prison during the Revolution, then as an agricultural holding in the 19th century (extensions on each side of the main dwelling). The whole is enclosed within a farmyard-type enclosure. It was acquired by the commune in 1989.
