Le gros oeuvre est confié à l'entreprise de maçonnerie Fournier et Défaut ; la cheminée de la salle à manger est exécutée par les sculpteurs Louis Burtin et Emile Surmely. La cuisine, une partie de la façade et l'écurie-remise ont été transformées.

Second house situated in the garden city of Parc de Saurupt (see notices PA00132636, PA00132626, PA00132629, PA00106454 and PA00106302), built from 1902 to 1903 for wine merchant Charles Fernbach by the architect Emile André in the Art Nouveau style. The structural work is entrusted to the masonry firm Fournier and Défaut; the fireplace of the dining room is executed by the sculptors Louis Burtin and Emile Surmely. The kitchen, part of the façade and the stable-shed have been transformed.
