Maison de concierge de la cité-jardin du Parc de Saurupt (voir notices PA00132636, PA00132627, PA00132629, PA00106454 et PA00106302) , projetée en 1901 par les architectes Emile André et Henry Gutton, et réalisée en 1902 par l'architecte Emile André dans le style Art Nouveau. Le gros oeuvre est réalisé par l'entreprise de maçonnerie Fournier et Défaut. En 1906, la municipalisation des voies privées du Parc entraîne l'inutilité de la conciergerie et des grilles dessinées par Emile André en 1903 : la porte centrale est déposée aujourd'hui au Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy et les portes latérales sont détruites. En 1910, l'architecte Joseph Hornecker agrandit le logement.

History
Caretaker's house in the Parc de Saurupt garden city (see records PA00132636, PA00132627, PA00132629, PA00106454 and PA00106302), designed in 1901 by architects Emile André and Henry Gutton, and built in 1902 by architect Emile André in the Art Nouveau style. The main structure was built by the masonry firm Fournier et Défaut. In 1906, the municipalisation of the private roads in the Parc rendered the caretaker's house and the gates designed by Emile André in 1903 unnecessary: the central gate is now housed in the Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy and the side gates were destroyed. In 1910, architect Joseph Hornecker enlarged the dwelling.
