History
Building predating 1765, characteristic of butchers' constructions. The houses along the entire street were designed for the sole trade of butcher: vast cellars dug into the tufa to preserve meat in summer; dark rooms for tallow and fat; granaries for reserves of forage and straw; ventilation system by means of attics and open galleries, superposed under the roof structure, to ensure drying and storage of hides and skins.
