Au 9e siècle, le lieu reçut les reliques de Saint-Xantin, évêque de Meaux. En 1610, prieuré confié aux Pères Doctrinaires de Brive qui firent quelques remaniements. L'ensemble du prieuré remonte au Moyen Age. Il comprend deux longs bâtiments juxtaposés : le bâtiment occidental du 13e siècle et un bâtiment oriental, contigu à l'église, du 14e siècle et comprenant des caves médiévales.

History
In the 9th century, the place received the relics of Saint-Xantin, bishop of Meaux. In 1610, priory entrusted to the Doctrinarian Fathers of Brive who made some alterations. The whole of the priory dates back to the Middle Ages. It comprises two long adjoining buildings: the western building of the 13th century and an eastern building, adjoining the church, of the 14th century and comprising medieval cellars.
