Historique
Le château est attesté par un acte de 1157. En 1696 et 1772, la partie nord du château s'est écroulée. En 1895, la tour est restaurée et réaménagée pour lui donner son allure actuelle. Tour de plan carré renforcée d'un contrefort, et château. Reste de deux enceintes de fortifications. Deux corps d'habitation subsistent, dont l'un jouxtant le donjon. L'intérieur du donjon a entièrement été refait au cours de la restauration.

History
The castle is attested by a deed of 1157. In 1696 and 1772, the north part of the castle collapsed. In 1895, the tower is restored and remodelled to give it its present appearance. Tower of square plan reinforced by a buttress, and castle. Remains of two lines of fortifications. Two dwelling blocks survive, one of which adjoins the keep. The interior of the keep was entirely redone during the restoration.
