History
Tower 103 metres in height, designed by the architect Auguste Perret in 1942 and constructed from 1950 to 1954 as part of the reconstruction of Place Alphonse-Fiquet. Built in reinforced concrete, the tower, of square plan, has 30 storeys of housing.
