History
Brick building constructed at the end of the 16th century. The eastern towers were destroyed. The materials were used to construct a powerful buttress erected to the north in 1824. In 1828, significant restoration work and construction of corner buttresses took place. There is no keep but two towers of defence at the western façade, ensuring surveillance from above and from the sides. The interior decoration was entirely redone in the 19th century. The interior facings are covered with render imitating dressed stone.
