Transformé en 1870 en filature par l'industriel Leroy et rehaussé d'un niveau, cet ancien moulin à papier se distingue non par son architecture, mais par un ensemble exceptionnel de machines pour le travail de la laine, depuis l'arrivée de celle-ci en balles jusqu'à sa sortie en fils. S'y retrouve le dispositif complet de la chaîne productive : batteur, loup, cardeuses et bancs à broches. L'établissement dispose aussi d'une roue hydraulique de dessus à l'état de vestige. La production a cessé en 1960.

History
Transformed in 1870 into a woollen mill by industrialist Leroy and raised by one storey, this former paper mill stands out not for its architecture, but for an exceptional ensemble of machines for working wool, from its arrival in bales to its output as yarn. There can be found the complete set of the productive chain: beater, wolf, carding machines and spindle frames. The establishment also has an overshot water wheel in a state of vestige. Production ceased in 1960.
