History
The old château dates from the 16th and 17th centuries. The building consists of a main dwelling appearing to date from the final years of the Renaissance, flanked at the two outer angles by towers rising above the walls with chamfered angles that connect them to the main dwelling. At the far end of the courtyard, a building bears the characteristics of 18th-century architecture, built on the site of the old return wing of the original château. Inside, everything has been modernised to the style of the Louis XIV period.
