Edifice construit en 1731, comportant un sous-sol, un rez-de-chaussée surélevé, un premier étage et un comble en ardoises. La façade principale, construite en granit, comporte un motif central surmonté d'un fronton, encadré de refends à bossages. A droite de la façade, un avant-corps renferme le grand escalier donnant accès au premier étage, en bois avec rampe en fer forgé. A l'intérieur, la bibliothèque est ornée de lambris Louis XV, de même que la salle de conférences. Dans le jardin, adossé à l'aile du grand escalier, se trouve un puits hexagonal avec margelle en granit, surmonté de six piliers et d'une grande dalle moulurée. Les profils permettent de le dater du 16e siècle.

History
Building constructed in 1731, comprising a basement, a raised ground floor, a first floor and a slate roof space. The main façade, constructed in granite, features a central motif topped by a pediment, framed by rusticated pilasters. To the right of the façade, a projecting section houses the grand staircase giving access to the first floor, in wood with wrought-iron railing. Inside, the library is decorated with Louis XV panelling, as is the conference room. In the garden, against the wing of the grand staircase, there is a hexagonal well with granite curb, surmounted by six pillars and a large moulded stone. The profiles allow it to be dated to the 16th century.
